Renaissance Week Post #1 – Celebrate in San Jose August 1st – 2nd
It’s that time of year again, time to don your flowing gowns, frocks, and wigs at the 5th Annual San Jose Renaissance Faire!
When
The Faire will take place on Saturday August 1st from 10AM – 6PM and Sunday August 2nd from 10AM – 5PM.
Where
The Faire will be located at Discovery Meadow in San Jose. Parking will be located at the SAP Center/Shark Tank and will cost $5 per car.
What
The San Jose Renaissance Faire is a perfect opportunity to get the family out and enjoy something cultural, fun, and stimulating! Enjoy entertainment such as medieval dancers, story tellers, jousting, and demonstrations by the Knights of Mayhem. With crafts, face painting, and other family activities, the Faire is a wonderful place to bring the kids.
Who
Anyone and everyone is welcome at the San Jose Renaissance Faire.
Daily admission is as follows:
$18 for adults ($13 for seniors 62+, ages 13-17, and military)
$8 for children ages 6-12
FREE for children under the age of 6
